Ignite Your Vibe: Shift Your Energy to Manifest What You Desire

Every thought we have has energy associated with it. If it is a loving, blooming thought, it usually carries a high vibration. If it is a negative, struggle thought it carries a low vibration. As we move through our day, our vibration changes from high to lows. You may have days where you are high all day. This increases your vibration to be higher and higher. Why is it important to keep your vibration high?

Our vibration determines how much we can hold in our lives. It is our capacity to receive and enjoy more. The higher your vibration, the more you can manifest what you desire in life. The lower your vibration, the more difficult it is to attract what you desire in life.

I have been coaching and healing since 1992 and what I know for sure because my clients have proven it over and over, is when they shift their energy, when they change their vibration, their lives become more focused, joyous, free and exciting. Opportunities and possibilities just come to them.

If you want to shift your vibration from where you are to a higher vibration, here are a few tips you can do daily:

  • Connect every day to your breath and take 7 deep breaths. Our breath is our connection to spirit and when we breathe deeply in, we are realigning to our higher self.
  • Every night take a light shower. Imagine beautiful white light coming from source cleansing you of any negative energy that you have carried through the day or someone else projected onto you. As you allow the white light to flow through you, feel yourself letting go of the negative. You will begin to feel lighter. Your vibration is shifting up.
  • Open your heart chakra. Our hearts are our emotional centers. We carry the day’s energetic vibration in our hearts. To expand your vibration, imagine yourself opening up your heart and flowing in beautiful purple light. (Imagine a river of purple light flowing to your heart and filling it up.) As you are flowing this light to you, think about all you love and how you allow more and more love into your life. Do this for 3-5 minutes a day and by the end, you will feel more invigorated and joyful.
  • Mind your thoughts…. I use a Shift it method. When you catch yourself having negative thoughts, you want to stop yourself and ask what are the opposite of these thoughts? How can I shift to the positive or own the benefits of where I’m at in this moment? When you shift from the negative, your flow of energy stops. It drops your vibration to the positive, expanding your flow of energy and increasing your vibration. You move from stuck to unstoppable.
