The Dream Factory Community is for women looking for their next steps in life — women who want to live their dreams.

Whether you are caring for your family, creating a business, navigating retirement, or all of the above, transitions are challenging — especially when you face them alone. Our members create a cooperative environment where everyone appreciates and supports one another.

We help you clarify your visions, create plans, disarm your private saboteurs, and cultivate a community of accountability and support, so you can live your personal and professional dreams.

Gain clarity, take action, and become accountable. Enroll in a Chief Dream Officer (CDO) Training where you create your Dream Creation Plan. Attend a monthly accountability group, a CDO Circle, where you will be supported in fulfilling your plan.

In addition, take advantage of these offerings to support you in living your personal and professional dreams.

First Month:
  • $99 for Membership Registration. Every membership includes Chief Dream Officer (CDO) Training available in a self directed format.
  • Monthly Services will start when you register, except the CDO Circle, which starts after you complete the CDO Training.

Our program is for the women of the Dream Factory Community, but the curriculum can be used for all types of businesses and institutions:

  • Visions Internships: part of intern’s Leadership Development Program, several CDO Trainings and Keynote for their second Career and Leadership Conference
  • Ben Speaks: Board Advisors and CDO Training for Board of Directors and Key Volunteers
  • Employment Options: CDO Training plus ongoing Accountability Sessions and Coaching for Executive Director and Staff in Marlboro and Fitchburg
  • Fidelity Investments: QA VPs and  Directors plus direct reports in Marlboro, MA, Merrimack, NH, and Raleigh, NC offering CDO Training plus ongoing Accountability Group and Private Coaching
  • Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc: CDO Training for VPs, Senior Directors, and Sales Team
  • Maravai LifeSciences/TriLink BioTechnologies: part of a Leadership Retreat for their Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Commercial Team offering CDO Training plus Private Accountability Coaching Sessions
  • Clark University: CDO Training plus Group Accountability Session for Business Department’s MBA Student’s Women in Business Group
