CDO Training

CDO Training: Learning to be a CDO (Chief Dream Officer), who:

  • Proactively takes on your life, your work, and your world.
  • Has a Dream Creation Plan and accountability for fulfilling it.
  • Connects with people who can support you in your journey.
  • Has new opportunities to share your talents/products and make more connections.
  • Becomes a leader who inspires others.

 

A CDO is a:

  • Visionary
  • Organizer
  • Self-Transformer
  • Community Leader

CDO Circles: Once you attend your CDO Training and create your Dream Creation Plan, you will join a monthly CDO Circle that is led by a Dream Factory Community Circle Leader. They will facilitate your monthly accountability group where you will be supported in fulfilling your plan.

Based on the four quadrants identified in your CDO Training: Visionary, Organizer, Self-Transformer and Community Leader, you will continue your education in being a Chief Dream Officer and developing the power to identify and live your Dreams. These monthly sessions are in the back of your CDO Training workbook. After 12-monthly sessions, there is a review to assess your progress.

CDO Circles: They are an accountability structure to fulfill on your Dream Creation Plan.  Agenda and Sessions are in the back of your CDO Training Workbook. New Workbooks can be purchased on Amazon.

Join a Dream Factory CDO Circle to:

  • Have a community of support for fulfilling your Dreams
  • Be accountable for Goals and Actions on your Dream Creation Plan
  • Continue to develop yourself as a CDO
  • Cultivate Accountability Partners
  • Live Your Dreams

The Structure:

  • 2 hours once a month–each session will include a centering, accountability, and additional support in being a CDO.
  • Members join after their CDO Training
  • Members give their leader a copy of their Dream Creation Plan
  • Leaders are part of a DFC CDO Circle Leader Training Program and will manage the group, links, location, attendance, session, and completion survey.  They can have Communicators and Scribes to support their accountabilities.
