About Nancy Cantor

Nancy Cantor, a Massachusetts business development coach since 1994, offers private and group coaching for business owners, corporate executives and their teams. She helps her clients excel in areas where they have been stuck and creates strategies that lead to unprecedented success. 

Nancy has spoken about and led workshops on leadership, entrepreneurship, and creativity at Harvard University, University of Massachusetts – Eisenberg School of Management, Framingham State University, MassBay, and Clark University, as well as numerous Chambers of Commerce, business conferences and women’s organizations.  Her Chief Dream Officer Training has been used as the base of her talks and workshops.

Nancy founded the Dream Factory Community, an empowerment community for women, in 2004. She has created a curriculum that enables her clients to proactively take on their life, their work and their world — and a support structure for inspiration and accountability. As a result, her members live their dreams and help others live theirs.

This curriculum has been delivered to a wide array of businesses, including: a non-profit Executive Director and her leadership team; teams of corporate leaders; from small-to-medium sized enterprises to billion-dollar corporations such as Fidelity Investments, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Maravai Life Sciences.
