Dream Creation for Women Entrepreneurs

The Dream Factory Community is an empowerment community for women entrepreneurs.  As a women’s business coach, I have developed a curriculum where participants create a Dream Creation Plan and receive weekly support sessions plus monthly educational sessions and accountability circles to fulfill that plan.

We train Chief Dream Officers, CDOs, who are visionaries, organizers, self-transformers, and community leaders.

Visioning is the first step—and planning is the second.  Working through sabotage and having a community of support is equally important.

We have principles that guide our actions, such as ultimate responsibility, beliefs are a source of action or inaction, and you are unique in purpose, strengths, and challenges.

We believe you have a sacred connection to life which leads to growth, creativity, and fulfillment.   What you are up to is important.

It takes courage to take on your life, your work, and your world so we recommend that you honor your inspiration, intuition, and passions, find allies and community, and don’t take yourself too seriously.

Commitment to fulfilling personal and professional dreams creates a gap that can only be transcended by developing new capacities.  Ongoing focus and community engagement empower our members to grow so they can actively live their dreams.

With plans in hand, they take action but are also open to the organic nature of the Dream Creation Process.

We find that fulfilling your dreams enables you to make your ultimate contribution. For example, one of our members has 3 children, 2 of which are on the special needs spectrum.  She decided to go to law school so she could advocate for families in similar situations.  After becoming a lawyer, she took on a national project to change policies that did not support the well-being of the children being placed.  Her project is being covered in the press and children are getting access to services they really need.

Living your Dreams impacts others living theirs. We provide a support structure so you can impact the world through your life and your work.

I want to make the world a better place.  How I do it is different than you, but what we contribute is equally important.  The world needs us to develop ourselves so we can make our unique contribution.

What could be possible in communities of women who are committed to living their dreams and supporting others in living theirs?
