Coaching Process:

• Start with 1.5-hour Introductory Session where you will create a Strategic Action Plan.  Sign up!
• Create an Accountability Structure to fulfill your plan.
  • We recommend two, one-hour coaching sessions a month for 6 months. It can be adapted to your needs and budget, and we find that that is the most effective structure for success.
  • After six months, we access the progress on your plan and can extend or end our agreement.  Clients have worked with us for 6 months to 24 years, as their lives and businesses evolve.
