Nancy has a varied background that has supported her to create the Dream Factory Community. She has a Degree in Human Development from UMass Amherst and spent eleven years as a Special Education Teacher/Counselor specializing in Alternative Education. After a short stint as a Jewelry Designer/Business Owner of Essential Designs, she became the Registration Manager and course leader for Landmark Education. She has had a coaching and consulting business for over 29 years and has been the Dream Factory’s Principal Chief Dream Officer since 2004.
