Description
Facilitated Team Meetings that are well-designed and focused, lead to better take-away action items and clear accountability. They are offered in-person or on Zoom with business owners and their team for 1.5 hours. They are followed up with an email that includes notes on next steps.
These meetings are best done quarterly and produce better results when augmented by having weekly team meetings to monitor and assure progress.
