My Life Unfolds in Divine Order – June 5, 2013

Opening Rose

Unfolding

How fitting a mediation on the morning of leading my CDO Circle during the last month of exploring the CDO distinction of being an organizer!

As the words sunk in with the beautiful soft tones of Deepak Chopra’s mesmerizing voice during a quiet moment squeezed into a whirlwind three days of vacation – a planned week of organizing and “getting things done” that had frustratingly evaporated into three swiftly flying days – I realized…

Oh wait – that’s Divine Order, not Mine Order!

And slowly the whirling world began to fall back into an enjoyable, peaceful pace.

Not all at once mind you, but slowly, as I let go the strings, unwound the springs and uncoiled from the tightly compartmentalized spaces I had been stuffing and squeezing my life into. The growing sense of panic and disorganization began to leave – recede like a tide, slowly – leaving me enough time to see the sand, hear the waves, and take a walk with my husband on a beautiful morning.

Unfolds.

My life unfolds

gently

like the soft opening of the peony petals

the rose that grows more beautiful each day

opening to greater depths along the way

Unfolds

In Divine Order

Perfect time

Each moment a perfect Now

in which to breathe

and receive

All life gives

Unfolding,

one precious moment

at a time

In Divine

Order

And so when that anxious feeling comes up. When you can’t seem to get organized or when you’re sure you have bitten off more than you can chew; when the more you try to lay things out the messier it gets, that is when it is time to take a step back and say “my life unfolds in divine order.” When you are stuffing things into spaces and they are not fitting, when things are not coming together, what order are you trying to create?

STOP:

Sense what is going on around you,

Transfer your awareness

Open to the moment, and

Perceive spirit’s guidance

A new order and peacefulness will take the place of your confusion. Chaos is nature’s perfect order. Sometimes when we feel as if we are in it, it is only because we do not see, and are not in alignment with, Divine Order.

The key to knowing when you are? Unfolding. A sense of flow – not pushing, pulling, contorting and conniving to make it all work – but supporting, making connections and enjoying the beauty of the ride.

Order is not something we impose on our lives or others, it is what already exists. Organizing is being in the flow of the process of creating divine order, and will have times of chaos inherent in its very nature! Enjoy the process as you unfold and transform into your perfect, divinely ordered, being.
